Will Evans is the Founder of Butterfly Training. He has 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry and has helped thousands of people achieve their fitness goals.

He is a personal trainer, sports coach, and nutritionist who is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential. He has a passion for training and educating people on how to live a healthy lifestyle.

We all know that exercise is good for us, but did you also realize just how much it can be beneficial? If your body doesn’t move often enough then find somebody who does and link up with them. It’s amazing what I’ve seen in my clients when they start feeling the differences between active lifestyles have on their moods, energy levels etc., then suddenly want to eat better because a new lifestyle has begun!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT?

AT LEAST A MINIMUM OF 3 TIMES A WEEK

CAN I WORKOUT WHILE PREGNANT?

ITS SAFE TO CONTINUE OR START REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS LONG AS YOU ARE HEALTHY. THE CDC RECOMMENDS AT LEAST 20 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EACH DAY THROUGHTOUT ALL STAGES OF PREGNANCY.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO LOSE MY STOMACH?

IT DEPENDS ON HOW DISCIPLINED THE INDIVIUAL WILL BE WITH DIET AND SHOWING UP FOR SESSIONS.

WHY DID I LOSE INCHES AND NO POUNDS?

IT DEPENDS ON THE OVERALL GOAL THE PERSON IS TRYING TO ACHIEVE. DIET AND STRENGTH TRAINING COULD BE REASON.

DO YOU BURN MORE WITH CARDIO OR WEIGHT TRAINING?

CARDIO YOU BURN MORE DURING THE WORKOUT AND WEIGHT TRAINING YOU BURN THROUGHOUT THE DAY. (EVEN WHILE SITTING ON THE COUCH)

CAN I JUST WORK ON MY STOMACH?

IF IT WERE THAT EASY THEN EVERYONE WILL HAVE THE BODY THEY WANT. SO THE ANSWER IS NO.

DO WAIST TRAINERS HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT?

NO THEY DO NOT. YOU WILL SWEAT OFF WATER WEIGHT ONLY TO DRINK MORE WATER THAT YOU JUST SWEAT OFF.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE WORKING OUT?

WE DO NOT RECOMMENDED YOU CONSUME ALCOHOL DURING ANY WORKOUT.
